1. Dietary info:
-Eat a carnivore, lion or ketogenic diet.

-These sick innocent people end up suffering and living short lives because they avoid the best foods. They end up consuming too much CANCER CAUSING harmful, "petroleum-based," seed oils.
-Also, the sick consume too many (highly processed & made to be addictive) carbs and sugars that CAUSE CANCER and most health problems too.

-Cook with healthy tallow, lard, duck fat and other animal fats as they don't oxidize under high heat.

-Wearing a facemask is not good for your health and can't prevent you from getting sick. Wearing a mask will make you sick from lack of oxygen & too much carbon dioxide.
-You can also get bacterial pneumonia and more wearing a mask.
3. Lifestyle & daily habits:
-Get proper sleep in total darkness, (About 8 hours) with no cell phone or wi-fi emf exposure, sleep on natural sheets like cotton or linen and use a good grounding mat.
-Get vit. D and other life saving benefits from daily sunlight therapy. (About 20 minutes in the morning or evening.) If that is not possible, take a good supplement.
-Do earthing/grounding. (Stand or lay directly on the earth to heal yourself.)
-Avoid high unhealthy stress.
-Don't drink alcohol, vape or smoke anything.
-Avoid wearing sunglasses unless really necessary because they offset your body's natural sun protection system. Wear protective glasses when doing certain jobs.
-Work hard and stay busy taking care of business.
4. Chemical awareness:
-Avoid pools and hot tubs treated with chlorine and other harsh chemicals. (Opt. for saltwater systems.)
-Avoid chemical vapors by wearing quality chemical cartridge respirators or gas masks.
-Avoid chemicals touching your skin as they will get into your bloodstream causing major health problems. (Wear gloves and proper gear.)
-Filter all the chemicals out of your water.
5. Personal care & hygiene:

7. Home solutions:
-Use natural things like vinegar, food grade peroxide and baking soda for cleaning around the house and washing clothes.

-Use soy or bees wax candles with essential oils and no fragrances.

-Use air filtration, humidifiers and dehumidifiers when needed.
-Don't use crocks/plastic footwear that contain chemicals that could penetrate through socks into your skin.
-Use light bulbs that are flicker free instead of unhealthy LED lights and use incandescent bulbs.
-Beware of blue light exposure from prolonged screen time. Adjust screen color or wear eye protection.
-Use only natural weed killer you can make with vinegar, salt and dish soap.
-Never wear your shoes in your house as they are very dirty with E-coli, harmful bacteria and contaminants from restrooms etc.
8. Cooking:
-Always cook with tallow, (Rendered beef fat) lard, (Pork fat) butter, ghee or other animal fats. Never use harmful seed oils. Try Stellar Tallow. (Search on Amazon.)
-Never cook on tin foil.
-Never cook with Teflon or any coated cookware. (Use stainless steel or cast iron.)

-Never cook with plastic utensils or cutting boards. (Use stainless steel or wood.)
-Never use microwaves.
9. Water filtration:
-Drink and eat out of glass or copper. Never use or drink out of plastic water bottles because the poison microplastics leach into the water causing cancer, hormonal problems & fertility issues etc.

13. Biblical information:

-The Bible needs to be rightly divided to see how we need to be saved today as opposed to times past. The same is true to find out what we can eat today in this dispensation of Grace.
-In times past there were dietary restrictions, but there are none for us today, as the above verses indicate.
-We are not under the Jewish Kingdom Gospel today that included believing Jesus was the Messiah and following the law, which banned pork.
- We are in the dispensation of the Gospel of the Grace of God today which permits eating any kind of meat. (Also indicated in the above scriptures.)
-In this grace dispensation we get saved by trusting Jesus' blood alone / Jesus' finished work on the cross alone to save our souls from hell.
-The Bible also says Jesus is God the Son and that we are all born sinners heading to hell and need to be saved.
-Put your faith in Jesus' blood alone plus nothing to make Heaven! 1Cor.15:1-4. YOU CAN'T make Jesus your lord, give your life to Christ or turn from your sins to be saved. (tja1.org)

-Beware, the evil powers of this world are spreading lies about everything. They lie about the gospel, foods and poison shots because they want us sick, dead and they don't want us saved. They also are trying to get us all to fight & hate each other.
-If we are divided, it's easier for them to install the evil one world government the Bible speaks of. There will be an evil, cashless, tyrannical government ruled by Satan and it's coming soon!
