Main objective:



-Optimize your health and your life by following the relevant knowledge from the natural doctors listed below along with your doctor and the applicable healthy living ideas I've compiled below over the years. 






Dietary info:



-Eat a carnivore, lion or ketogenic diet.


-The carnivore diet is an ancestrally correct way of eating, including the real super foods which are eggs, real salted butter, real meats and animal fats (salting to taste.) It's best to eat mostly ruminant animals, regenerately farmed, (cow, deer & lamb etc.) the best quality you can afford.



-The ketogenic diet is a meat based, high fat, low-carb, low sugar way of eating where you only eat one ingredient whole foods.

-Healthy weight loss, longevity, less pain, better mental clarity, more energy, beating cancer & diabetes and getting off medications is a dream for a lot of people. These things can happen for you because they are some of the many great benefits of healthy living, following these natural doctors I write about and eating the keto or carnivore diet.        



-Dr. Philip Ovadia, www.ovadiahearthealth.com author of the book, "STAY OFF My Operating Table," a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon and founder of Heart Health. Dr. Ovadia along with other doctors I mention in this article have indicated, adapting a low-carb animal-based (high animal fat) diet WILL NOT cause heart problems.



-Dr. Ovadia and many other low-carb doctors have also stated that cholesterol levels are not a marker for heart disease like most doctors believe. These low-carb doctors say that an animal-based high fat diet is beneficial for optimal health. These doctors also believe that statins are very harmful like a lot of other over-prescribed drugs like Ozempic. 



-The Bible says that it is a doctrine of devils to forbid someone to eat meats. 1 Timothy 4:1-5 (KJV) and every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.  


                          

-A lot of doctors and people with no real nutritional training are spreading the lies that meat, eggs, butter and salt are the cause of major medical problems. These lies are being told for the most part so doctors and others can profit off of sick people. 



-These sick innocent people end up suffering and living short lives because they avoid the best foods and end up consuming too much harmful seed oils, carbs and sugars.



-From the bottom of my heart I pray to God that people will see the real truth about a lot of doctors. Most Doctors and others in the health care system are being manipulated and controlled by big food and big pharma for profit, which is so very evil.

-Don't eat carbohydrates, sugars or seed oils like Crisco, vegetable oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, or peanut oil because they are very rancid, oxidized, inflammatory and unhealthy.


-Don't eat vegetables. Refer to the book, "Plants are trying to kill you," by Dr. Anthony Chaffee and learn that plants are genetically modified and most have high carbohydrates. Vegetables are sprayed with chemicals, have natural toxic defense carcinogens and contain unabsorbable nutrients.



-Cook with healthy tallow, lard and other animal fats as they don't oxidize under high heat.

      
-Consume animal fats, real salted butter or ghee with meat including liver organs and eggs as your new energy source, after abandoning the typical extremely high carb poison standard American diet.


-Using these healthy uninflammatory, tasty, satiating fats for energy will replace the harmful carbohydrates and sugars most people burn for energy, that cause most health issues. 



-Carbohydrates should only be eaten in low amounts in the keto diet or as survival food when meat, eggs and butter are unavailable.

Lifestyle & daily habits:



-Get proper sleep in total darkness (about 8 hours) with no cell phone or wi-fi emf exposure & sleep on a good grounding mat.      

  

-Get vit. D and other benefits from daily sunlight therapy (about 20 minutes in the morning or evening.)



-Do earthing / grounding (stand or lay directly on the earth to heal yourself.)



-Avoid high unhealthy stress.



-Don't drink alcohol, vape or smoke anything. (microdosing edibles can sometimes be a healthier alternative for a time.) 



-Avoid sunglasses unless really needed because they offset your body's natural sun protection.



-Work hard and stay busy taking care of business.





Chemical awareness:



-Avoid pools and hot tubs treated with chlorine and other harsh chemicals (opt. for saltwater systems.)



-Avoid chemical vapors by wearing quality chemical cartridge respirators or gas masks.



-Avoid chemicals touching your skin as they will get into your bloodstream causing major health problems. (wear gloves.)



-Filter all the chemicals out of your water.

-Wear and use 100% Cotton or natural clothes like silk or linen underwear & sheets and avoid toxic (petroleum based) polyester and nylon fabrics.


-Use air filtration and humidifiers when needed and consider diffusers with, you guessed it,essential oils. 



-Don't use crocks/plastic footwear that contain chemicals that could penetrate through socks into your skin.


-Research light bulbs that are flicker free and have healthy colors.


-Beware of blue light exposure from prolonged screen time and adjust screen color or wear eye protection.






Cooking:



-Always cook with tallow (rendered beef fat) lard (pork fat) butter, ghee or other animal fats to be safe. Never use harmful seed oils. Try Stellar Tallow, search on Amazon.



-Never cook on tin foil.


-Never cook with Teflon or any coated cookware. (use stainless steel or cast iron.)



-Never use plastic for eating or drinking. (use glass, copper or stainless steel.)

-Never use microwaves.





Water filtration:



-Drink and eat out of glass or copper. (no plastics.)

-Use a good whole house water filtration system if you can, to filter out Fluoride, bleach and other bad chemicals.

Radiation Information:

 

 

-Avoid emf exposure and turn off the wi-fi signal on your router and hard wire your devices to it with ethernet cables and adaptors if needed.


-limit phone use & keep it away from your body and head when possible.

 

-Keep your phone somewhere else besides on your person whenever possible.



-Use special devices and faraday cases for your cell phone to lower emf exposure.


-Don't use your wireless phone when charging it.


-Avoid smart watches and wireless earbuds and use wired earbuds.



-Do not use microwave ovens.

 


-Instead of mammograms get an ultrasound.



-Don't pass through radiation airport scanners and opt for a pat down.






Exercise & movements:

-Do stretching exercises and weight training or body weight workouts 3 or 4 days a week. (slowly and lightly at first.)

-Go to the beach, travel or go camping for some ecotherapy.


-Massage therapy is useful as well visiting a chiropractor.

Biblical information:    




-Look up, "Rightly dividing" to understand the Bible and to find out how to be saved. Refer to my website: tja1.org or at www.lesfeldick.org The Bible needs to be rightly divided to see how we need to be saved today as opposed to times past. The same is true to find out what we can eat today in this dispensation of Grace. In times past there were dietary restrictions, but there are none for us today, as the above verses indicate.                            



-We are not under the Jewish Kingdom Gospel today that included believing Jesus was the Messiah and following the law, which banned pork. We are in the dispensation of the Gospel of the Grace of God today which permits eating any kind of meats. (also indicated in the above scriptures.)  

                                 


-In this grace dispensation we get saved by trusting Jesus' blood alone / Jesus' finished work on the cross alone to save our souls from hell. We are all born sinners and need to be saved. Put your faith in Jesus' blood alone plus nothing to make Heaven! 1Cor.15:1-4. YOU CAN'T make Jesus your lord, give your life to Christ or turn from your sins to be saved. (tja1.org)

-Play Godly music or utilize special frequencies for sound therapy and vibrational medicine.


-Pray, live good & Read the Bible daily to stay mentally and spiritually strong. (KJV)


-Attend a good Church that teaches your only saved by Jesus blood alone plus nothing! They should never add works, like making Jesus Lord or turning from your sins to be saved! 



-Keep close to family, good Godly friends & and support groups.
